Choose your way to well-being

MHealthy offers a variety of health and well-being programs and services to faculty and staff members. Our programs reflect the university’s philosophy that many factors affect your quality of life and play a part in achieving balance, purpose, and vitality in your career and at home.

MHealthy is part of U-M Health and Well-Being Services, which also includes Mental Health Counseling and Consultation Services and Occupational Health Services.

MHealthy Rewards returns in 2023! Active, benefits-eligible U-M faculty and staff can earn a $75 reward by completing the 2023 confidential health questionnaire by May 31, 2023.
