Mental Health Counseling and Consultation is part of U-M Health and Well-Being Services, which also includes MHealthy and Occupational Health Services

Resources for your Mental and Emotional Health

A wealth of services and resources are available to support your mental and emotional health. If you would like to speak with someone, U-M faculty, staff, and their adult dependants have access to Mental Health Counseling and Consultation Services (Michigan Medicine Office of Counseling & Workplace Resilience and Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office). Plus you can count on support through your U-M health plan.  

Guidance for Healthy Relationships in the MHealthy Portal

A new resource is now available on the MHealthy Portal, powered by Asset Health. Log in to the portal, select "Knowledge" in the tabs near the top of the page, and choose the "Relate" course. In this course, you’ll learn about key components of healthy relationships and strategies for solving relationship problems. Healthy, satisfying relationships are integral to overall good mental and physical health, your most valuable asset.
