This foundational course will guide learners through the first step in embarking on a culture change journey. First, the course establishes a shared language for understanding and talking about what culture is, what climate is, and how the two are interrelated. Next, the course explores methods to affect climate and wraps up with a model for culture change. The model will help learners to consider principles and steps to create culture change that sticks.

Microlearning: Difficult Conversations

In this microlearning session, a tried-and-true approach for having difficult conversations will be used. We will demonstrate how to begin challenging conversations and move the conversation forward in a collaborative way. You will learn, try and apply this approach to real life scenarios.

Microlearning: Impactful Development Conversations

This virtual session will focus on using impactful conversations to support development planning. You will practice using exploratory questions to promote more meaningful and engaging conversations with your team members. Having these conversations related to employee development goals and opportunities will help your team members do their best work.

Professional Development: A Manager's Companion Guide

Unconscious Bias Learning Suite

Understanding and mitigating bias is a lifelong journey. This course provides a review of bias, explores what bias can look like and how it shows up in the workplace. We specifically look at the types of bias common in the workplace and platforms that allow bias to thrive; while discussing strategies you can use to interrupt and mitigate bias.
