Leadership and Culture: Creating a Positive Work Environment

Introduction to Payroll

This awareness level course will introduce participants to payroll at the university, including Michigan Medicine. We will discuss roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and regulations related to payroll processing. The goal is to ensure that employee pay is accurate and on time.  It is part of the Leadership Development Curriculum.

Transitioning from Peer to Supervisor

Transitioning from a member of a team to a leadership role is both exciting and challenging, and even more so if you are promoted from within a team. Microlearning Goal Setting Workshop: How to use SMART Goals
