In-person MHealthy Physical Activity Classes are a great way to get moving, have fun and relieve stress!
Classes are available at the following locations:

NCRC

UH South Wellness Center

Cliff Keen Arena

Arbor Lakes (one class)
- College of Engineering (one class)
Active (non-expired) MCard holders (faculty, staff, or retirees) can sign up for classes at any location and will get special building access to attend their class. Non-U-M MCard ID holders can still sign up for classes at the Ann Arbor Ice Cube.
The cost for most fall classes is $50–$100 for 10 to 14 weekly sessions.
Important Payment Policy Change:
U-M faculty and staff paid through university payroll must use payroll deduction to pay for MHealthy in-person physical activity classes. Learn more about new payment policy.
Important Dates for Fall Classes:

July 27 – August 14 (at 5 p.m.): Scholarship application available

August 10: Registration opens for fall classes

September 8 – December 13, 2026: Fall 2026 classes run (10 to 14 weekly classes, unless otherwise specified)

No classes: November 25 - 27 (Thanksgiving break)
