Log in to register for a class
Registration Information:
- Current U-M faculty and staff must sign in with their UMICH (Level-1) password to register for classes.
- General community members (non-U-M employees, retirees, sponsored members, etc.) who don’t already have an account (first time with MHealthy classes) need to create an account. Please use your complete legal name when creating an account.

Important Change to Payment Policy for Winter 2026 Classes:

Current U-M faculty and staff: If you are an employee who receives a paycheck from U-M, you must now use payroll deduction to pay for your MHealthy Physical Activity class. Upon checking out on our registration site, please select “WEB-PAYROLL” as your payment option.*

General community members (non-U-M employees, retirees, sponsored members, etc.): If you are a community or sponsored member who does not receive a paycheck from U-M, you must pay with a credit card on the U-M Shared Service Center (SSC) Payment Portal. Upon checking out on our registration site, please select “Credit Card Payment to be made via SSC Payment Portal.” You will not be billed at the time of checkout. We will send you an invoice two weeks after your class starts, that can be paid on the SSC Payment Portal.
*By selecting payroll deduction, you are automatically approving the use of your EmpID to process a request for one payroll deduction and the request will be processed immediately.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for your payroll deduction to show up on your check paystub.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made only when the refund is greater than $10 or in special circumstances (doctor’s note for the rest of a semester, etc.). All refunds must be done through the MHealthy office. Please contact us by phone at 734-647-7888 or by email at [email protected].
Refunds via payroll deduction will be paid via payroll deduction, and those given to credit card payment will come in the form of a check.
