Mental Health Counseling and Consultation Services

The University of Michigan provides free employee counseling services as part of its commitment to the health and well-being of its faculty and staff community.

Staff, faculty, retirees, dependents and entire departments have access to personal counseling, coaching, training and consultation from: the Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience in Michigan Medicine and the Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office (FASCCO) on the Ann Arbor, Flint  and Dearborn campuses.

These services are confidential and seek to enhance the emotional health, well-being and job performance of members of the university community.
