Join this program to help you increase your activity level! At least three days a week, exercise 30 minutes or more. Plus, on three other days each week, get moving at least 10 minutes! Just. Move. More webpage for more information and program dates.
An eight week physical activity program designed to both get you moving, and maintain or lose weight. There is a weigh in and out, and the program encourages you to exercise at least 90 minutes per week and log the minutes of exercise. The program is $15, but if you maintain or lose weight, you get all your money back!
