Adaptive Leadership Program

Every leader at the University of Michigan today is having to navigate new challenges and changes. The ability to adapt, inspire, and mobilize others while staying steady in action is key to moving an initiative forward. Michigan Medicine Faculty Development and Organizational Learning have designed a five-month immersive leadership development program built on the Adaptive Leadership framework originating from the Harvard Center for Leadership.

In June 2022, U-M enacted an Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility official policy. The policy covers digital formats such as websites, documents and software programs. Digital accessibility applied consistently avoids potential barriers for individuals with disabilities. This introductory course will provide an overview of:
