  • Gaining advanced interviewing skills, including a deeper understanding of assessing  candidate skills

  • Understanding how this model supports equity and fairness

Registration Note

Due to the use of specialized equipment and paid licenses for this course, there is limited enrollment for each session. You may be placed on a waitlist while our administrators make sure that each session has the necessary resources. It’s also possible that you will be offered a different date if your initial requested date reaches capacity. The waitlist will be processed by registration date from oldest to newest.

Program Notes

We recommend watching Preparing for a Behavior-Based Interview (9 min) video in advance of your session. It is also helpful, but not required, to have previous interviewing experience.

For those whose sensory system is disrupted by exposure to virtual reality, a desktop version is available. The headset experience is not recommended for those individuals. Contact [email protected] for inclusion in the desktop experience.

After the training, you will have access to the desktop Behavior-Based Interviewing training until November 30, 2025. You can use this access to continue practicing your skills. Access also includes a library of additional vendor-provided immersive learning modules.
