The early stages of a new employee's U-M career is an exciting time. It is also a great opportunity to help them settle in and set them up for success in their new role. There are two redesigned tools intended to enhance the new employee experience. Join us during one of these sessions to learn about: 

• U-M Onboarding: a complete introduction experience for staff on all three campuses
• Ann Arbor campus New Employee Orientation (NEO) for benefits-eligible staff on the Ann Arbor campus

You will learn to:

• Determine who is eligible for U-M Onboarding and Ann Arbor campus New Employee Orientation
• Define when onboarding starts and ends at the University of Michigan
• Utilize U-M Onboarding resources 
• Identify the new modules in Ann Arbor campus NEO 

You will benefit by: 

• Gaining an understanding of the redesigned new employee onboarding experience for staff
• Having access to newly developed onboarding resources 
• Knowing how to track Ann Arbor campus NEO participation for your new employees in My LINC
• Gaining an appreciation of all of the benefits and support resources available to employees at U-M
