Take 5 to Focus

Making time to rest and recover from stress is essential to your well-being. Mindfulness and relaxation practices offer a way to restore and find moments of calm. A simple way to start is by signing up for Take 5 to Focus, available on the MHealthy Portal.

Take 5 to Focus is a four-week online mindfulness and meditation program. To participate, sign up and watch short meditation videos—less than five minutes each—several times a week for four weeks, October 13 through November 9.

How to Take 5

Registration is now open for the fall 2025 session of Take 5 to Focus. It's easy to register and participate:

  • Register anytime during the 4-week program, October 13-November 9.
  • During the program, take short breaks several times a week to access brief guided mindfulness and meditation videos—each is only about five minutes and your progress is tracked automatically.
  • Continue through November 9.
  • Download this PDF flier and post it in your workplace to serve as a reminder. 

Download the Asset Health App and Set Up Notifications: 

Access the Take 5 to Focus program from anywhere by downloading the Asset Health app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you’ve set up your app, you can also allow for notifications to receive Take 5 to Focus reminders. Follow these steps to set up access on your mobile device.
