Download the Asset Health Mobile app to access many of the features on the MHealthy Portal. Your mobile device will be able to access the health questionnaire, goal setting, courses and the full web-based portal (select "Web Experience" in the menu icon to get to challenges like Active U, the Money Matters Gameboard and, the Fruit and Veggie Challenge). Once you’ve set up your app, you can also allow for notifications for activities like goal setting and the Money Matter Gameboard.
Note to current app users: The Asset Health Mobile app will have a fresh look (and more features!) for 2026. You may need to reauthorize the first time you access the app in 2026.

Download the Asset Health Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Authorize the mobile app using your phone number or email address or logging into the MHealthy Portal.

If logging into the portal, follow these steps:

Select the “Mobile App” icon in the top-right menu of the homepage.

Under First-Time Authorization, select Authorize App. You’ll be provided a token (which will also be emailed to you) to use for authorization within the Asset Health Mobile app.

Open the Asset Health Mobile app on your phone and enter your token and email address. Set your four-digit PIN to complete the authorization and select Finish.

To allow notifications on an Apple device:

Open the Settings app.

Tap Notifications.

Select the Asset Health app.

Turn on Allow Notifications.

On the Asset Health Mobile app, make sure “Notifications” is turned on under Settings in the menu icon.
Tip: You can also customize notification settings for each app. For example, you can choose how and where notifications appear on your screen, when you want notification previews to appear, and more.
To allow notifications on an Android device:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Notifications then App notifications.
- Under "Most recent," find apps that recently sent you notifications.
- To find more apps, in the dropdown menu, tap All apps.
- Tap the Asset Health app to turn on notifications.
- On the Asset Health Mobile app, make sure “Notifications” is turned on under Settings in the menu icon.
Tip: If you don't see "Recently sent," you're using an older Android version. Instead, tap App notifications and tap an app. You can turn notifications, notification dots, and notification categories on or off. If an app has categories, you can tap a category for more options.
