Reflect on something over the past six months that went wrong. Define the event and then reflect on how it could have served as an opportunity. What ultimately happened, and what did you learn?
Reflect on how you take criticism and how you experience and react to failures, adversity, or difficult situations. Consider how you might change your perspective to become more resilient. Seek advice from a coach, mentor, or counselor.
Reach out to the host of a podcast that you find valuable for your work and request to be a guest on it.
Reach out to other leaders about your willingness to speak to groups within their units.
Reach out to colleagues on other campuses to identify resources unique to that campus and discuss ways of sharing those resources.
Pursue an advanced degree or certification in your field.
