We’re here for you! Join in a live-stream exercise and relaxation class on Working at U-M!  

Live-stream Schedule:

  • Mondays at 12 p.m.: Physical Activity Class
  • Tuesdays at 12 p.m.: Mindful Meditation
  • Wednesdays at 12 p.m.: Physical Activity Class
  • Thursdays at 12 p.m.: Yoga
  • Fridays at 12 p.m.: Physical Activity Class

Can’t make these days or times? No problem – the classes are recorded so you can do them anytime!
