Exercise and Relaxation Classes

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Spring/Summer session of MHealthy Exercise and Relaxation Classes has been canceled. We hope to bring in-person classes back in the fall and will keep you posted. In the meantime, free live exercise and relaxation classes are available to university faculty and staff on Workplace. Thank you for your continued support!

Live-stream Exercise and Relaxation Classes now on Workplace!

We’re here for you! Join in a live-stream exercise and relaxation class in the Working at U-M group on Workplace!  For access, sign up with your @umich.edu email (if you work at Michigan Medicine do not use your med.umich.edu email).

Live-stream Schedule:

  • Mondays – Stretch and Strengthen

  • Tuesdays – Zumba, Meditation, and Abs and Back

  • Wednesdays – Interval Strength and Zumba

  • Thursdays – Stability Ball, Yoga, and HIIT

  • Friday – Rotating Physical Activity Class
