Mondays – Seated Movement and Flexibility, Stretch and Strengthen, and Cardio Kickboxing
Tuesdays – Resistance Band Strength, Just Breathe – Meditation, Abs and Back
Wednesdays – Circuit Strength, Healthy Back, and Zumba
Thursdays – Stability Ball, Yoga, H.I.I.T
Fridays – Zumba
