Exercise and Relaxation Classes

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: As COVID-19 continues to impact the university, in-person MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes are canceled for the Fall 2020 session. We fully intend to bring back in-person classes once we feel we can offer them in a safe and responsible manner. In the meantime, free live exercise and relaxation classes are available to university faculty and staff on Workplace. Thank you for your continued support!

Live-stream Exercise and Relaxation Classes now on Workplace!

We’re here for you! Join in a live-stream exercise and relaxation class in the Working at U-M group on Workplace!  For access, sign up with your @umich.edu email (if you work at Michigan Medicine do not use your med.umich.edu email).

Live-stream Schedule:

  • Mondays – Seated Movement and Flexibility, Stretch and Strengthen, and Cardio Kickboxing

  • Tuesdays – Resistance Band Strength, Just Breathe – Meditation, Abs and Back

  • Wednesdays – Circuit Strength, Healthy Back, and Zumba

  • Thursdays  – Stability Ball, Yoga, H.I.I.T

  • Fridays – Zumba
