The Alcohol Management Program is a brief, confidential educational program that helps you cut back on your drinking or quit altogether — you decide which is the right approach for you. There is currently no fee to participate.
Alcohol Management Program: Moderation or AbstinenceThe MHealthy Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) offers programs to help both employees and students of the University of Michigan, as well as patients of the University of Michigan Health System to quit tobacco. TCS offers a variety of tobacco treatment options to meet the needs of the U of M community. TCS provides tobacco treatment services in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. We do not lecture or use scare tactics.
Tobacco Consultation ServiceTo promote healthier campuses, the University of Michigan is tobacco-free. This policy includes all university-owned and -operated buildings, facilities and vehicles on U-M’s campuses in Ann Arbor, Dearborn and Flint.
