The university's Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office (FASCCO) provides support and assistance to U-M employees to help resolve personal and work-related concerns.
Michigan Medicine has access to the Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience (OCWR) for short-term counseling, leader consultation, impactful event support, system-wide resilience interventions, and mental health resources. These services are available to faculty, staff, house officers, clinical fellows, and medical students.
