U-M Work-Life Programs supports policies and services to help promote a work-life balance for faculty and staff. The Work-Life Programs office administers both the Work-Life Resource Center and the U-M Children's Centers.
Work-Life Programs is your starting point for resources and tools promoting work-life balance at Michigan. Our services provide members of the university community with resources for finding child care, sick or back-up child care, U-M Family Helpers, lactation resources, elder care resources, information and resources on flexible work options and an annual Work-Life Conference.
