The Ann Arbor campus New Employee Orientation (NEO) focuses on welcoming new employees to the university community. It provides:

• An overview of relevant U-M resources

• University benefits enrollment and compliance requirements 

This introduction equips new employees with tools to navigate our decentralized institution. Plan to spend approximately four hours completing this self-directed program on your first day. You can also review onboarding content for additional steps as you acclimate to your new role.
