Ann Arbor Campus

The Ann Arbor campus New Employee Orientation (NEO) focuses on welcoming new employees to the university community. It is intended for new benefit-eligible, regular Ann Arbor campus staff and leaders, not including Michigan Medicine, the Medical School, or the Flint and Dearborn campuses. The NEO course within My LINC cannot be accessed until your start date.

This introduction equips new employees with tools to navigate our vibrant and complex institution. Plan to spend approximately four hours completing this program on your first day. You can also review onboarding content for additional steps as you acclimate to your new role. This content is in addition to any orientation materials your individual school, college or unit may provide.
