Beyond the Review: Development Conversations that Matter

Feedback is not just about looking at the past—it’s about helping people grow. In this session, you will learn how to use the IDEA feedback model for performance reviews to support development. You will practice giving feedback that builds trust, encourages growth and sets clear goals for the future. Onboarding with Impact: A Quick Start Guide for Managers

As a manager, you lead your new employee’s onboarding process. You have an opportunity to provide the new employee with the information, tools and resources they need to be successful as quickly as possible in their new role. Microlearning Goal Setting Workshop: How to use SMART Goals

This interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to plan ahead by considering what success will look like for you in the coming year. You will leave with a draft of a specific measurable goal and tips for having a discussion and reaching agreement with your team and/or your leader.
