Leaders play an important role in preventing workplace issues and wrongdoing. This course gives leaders tools and strategies to create a more welcoming and respectful work environment. Interactive discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises will enhance learning. Leaders will be more prepared to:

To ensure a comprehensive learning experience, participants are required to complete an online module before attending the instructor-led course. This module provides foundational information that will be built upon during the session. Completion of the online module and attendance in the instructor-led session are both required in order to receive participation credit for this offering.
