Tobacco Consultation Service

The MHealthy Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) offers programs to help you quit tobacco.  Programs are available to U-M faculty, staff, and their spouses or other qualified adults, as well as students and U-M Health System patients. TCS offers a variety of tobacco treatment  services in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. We do not lecture or use scare tactics. Programs are available either free of charge or for a small fee.

Use November 19 to 'Quit for A Day'

Quit like a Champion on a medal with a broken cigarette

The American Cancer Society recognizes every third Thursday of November as the Great American Smokeout. If you smoke or use tobacco, consider using November 19 to make a plan to quit. TCS has developed a "virtual" quit kit full of tools and resources to help you "Quit For A Day."
