This class will help you to build a core that improves your body’s overall strength, stability, and performance.
Our self-defense workshop takes a holistic approach to self-protection, emphasizing awareness and assertiveness skills as well as physical and verbal strategies to counter violence. The goal is to leave you better equipped to deal with everything from harassment to potentially violent people to sexual assault. Participants will take part in verbal exercises, physical drills, and discussion.
Looking for an EPIC workout (Exercise with Purpose to Implement Change)? Then join us for this energizing class that includes all the essentials of a well-rounded exercise program focused on improving your strength, flexibility, and balance. Elements of yoga, Pilates, barre, and weight training will be included. Free weights, foam rollers and other props will be incorporated. Participants will need to bring a 36” foam roller and a sticky mat.

Kettlebell AMPD is a group fitness format that takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout.
This course is for individuals who would like to begin increasing the amount of weight they are able to lift. It is intended for those just starting out with their weightlifting endeavors and is not intended for those who are already lifting very heavy weights. The focus of the course will be on incrementally increasing the amount of weight one is able to lift through attention to goal setting, form, body structure, proper stretching, rep maxes, and increasing weights. Participants are encouraged to bring a small journal and a pen if they are interested in tracking their progress.
This class combines gentle yoga movements to awaken the body with breathwork and meditation to center the mind. Perfect for all levels, it’s a grounding and uplifting way to set your tone for your day.

Power Flow takes yoga-inspired movements combined with kettlebells and resistance bands to create an amazing, low-impact strength training workout for all levels and abilities. We use the rhythm, speed, and phrasing of fun music to keep class participants on the same pace and create an inspiring and energetic experience for our students. Power Flow blends strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility into one full body workout that your participants are sure to love!

Basic/Yoga 101/Beginner Yoga: A simple, slower paced style, our Basic Yoga is ideal for those who want to start practicing yoga but find themselves uncertain of where to begin. In this class, you will learn proper alignment and technique for a strong foundation in yoga practice.
Chair Yoga: This style is ideal for those who struggle with standing and sitting poses for long periods of time, or who struggle with physical limitations such as joint, coordination, or balance issues. This class is also great for those who find themselves apprehensive about beginning a yoga practice.
Stress Relief Yoga: Looking to relieve stress, anxiety, or just round out a more vigorous yoga practice? Stress Relief Yoga is a slower practice focusing on releasing muscles, tendons, and connective tissue.
In this class, students balance short active flows followed by slower, longer held poses. This approach also helps soothe the nervous system and relieve tension in both body and mind.

Align & Shine (Yoga): With a focus on alignment and positioning, this style of yoga is detail oriented. Poses are held for longer periods to allow for relaxation and a deeper understanding of movement and anatomy. While not as vigorous as a Vinyasa-style class, expect to be challenged!
