Nourish Your Whole Self

Do you feel like you are on a constant cycle of dieting, losing and regaining weight, or experiencing body or weight stigma? Then, Nourish Your Whole Self may be right for you.

Honor yourself and tune into your body's needs using the principles of intuitive eating.

A growing body of research supports shifting the focus away from dieting and weight loss towards a more thoughtful approach.* It empowers you to build a lifestyle focused on eating mindfully, being kind to yourself, enjoying movement, and being thankful for your body.

Based on the concept of intuitive eating, Nourish Your Whole Self helps you tune into your body and mind, to reconnect with the sensations that arise from within. With this awareness, you are better able to make choices that help you feel nourished.

What are participants saying about Nourish Your Whole Self?

“Talking through issues I was having and having an unbiased opinion to listen to (was helpful). This whole experience and having Holly to talk to was beyond insightful and helpful! I have a much better relationship with food than I did.”

“The weekly videos and guidance from the coach were very important for my success in the program.  My coach allowed me to make choices about my health and create a plan that met my individual needs. I really liked being empowered to make my own decisions about my eating and lifestyle. I had a really great coach, who was very supportive, empathetic and caring.”

“I was making lunch for me and the little today and decided to cut up some carrots and cauliflower to eat with veggie dip and just felt SO EMPOWERED to decide to eat veggies not because I thought I had to but because I wanted to.”

“I want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for eliminating the emphasis on weight loss that has always been a huge part of the past with these programs… Weight stigma and weight shaming is real, and I feel like you guys are getting it right with this new program, THANK YOU!”

"IE is life-changing and liberating - I am so grateful to MHealthy for launching this program.  I will no longer waste my precious time and energy obsessing about food and my physical weight."
