Registration for the Fruit and Veggie Challenge opens June 22 on the MHealthy Portal!
What better way to nourish our bodies than with the best nature has to offer! Take small steps toward eating well with MHealthy’s six-week Fruit and Veggie Challenge. Fruits and vegetables have vital nutrients that help support your health. Eating more may even reduce your risk of some chronic diseases.
How It Works:
It’s easy – there’s no calorie counting, weighing or measuring. During the six-week challenge, simply:
- Eat fruits and vegetables
- Log your servings online
- Watch as your virtual produce basket fills up!
Throughout the program, you’ll also get two weekly emails full of tips, encouragement, how-to videos, recipes and more!
Your goal: Eat at least 130 servings of fruits and/or veggies before the challenge ends August 16, 2026. That works out to about four servings of produce most days of the week.
Important Dates:
- Register: June 22 – July 13, 2026
- Track activity: July 6 – August 16, 2026
