Tobacco Consultation Service

The MHealthy Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) offers programs to help you quit tobacco. Programs are available to U-M faculty, staff, and their spouses or other qualified adults, as well as students and U-M Health System patients. TCS offers a variety of tobacco treatment  services in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. We do not lecture or use scare tactics. Programs are available either free of charge or for a small fee.

Do you think U-M should be completely tobacco free?

Use November 16, 2017 to 'Quit For A Day'

The American Cancer Society recognizes every third Thursday of November as the Great American Smokeout. In support of helping smokers use this day to make a plan to quit smoking, the MHealthy Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) is offering a number of services and resources to the university community leading up to the day.
