Network at a professional event to learn more about a particular process or system that your unit seeks to improve or redefine.

Meet with your mentee or developing leaders to teach them different ways to break goals into processes. Explain the process, demonstrate it, then ask them to try. Before the meeting, ask them to bring a goal to work through.

Meet with a mentor to discuss your short and long terms goals, and determine several stretch assignments that could help you reach those goals.
