Offer to assist a colleague in another unit to track a goal they have set for themself.

Offer frequent, constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to your colleagues across campus.

Meet with your DEI lead to learn about your unit's plan, and how progress is measured (e.g., an annual employment climate survey). Seek ways that you can support the initiatives.

Manage a change project within your office. Create clear messaging, processes and timelines so that staff understand why it is occurring and how it will be implemented.

Learn about and implement two to three basic ADA standards of electronic accessibility across your organization.

Invite colleagues to share aspects of their job that motivates them and periodically remind them of those aspects.

Inquire with peers across the university about technologies that they utilize to optimize work outcomes. Try out a few.
