Social Connection Activities for Hybrid and Remote Teams
Are you hoping to find creative ways to reconnect with your remote or hybrid work team? Do you find that time and zoom fatigue are limiting your team’s ability to find joy in team connection? If you answered yes to either of these questions then this 30-minute workshop is a great way to help your team reconnect and add some fun into your zoom-filled days.

Setting Healthy Boundaries
Many workers enjoy their new-found ability to work from home or in a hybrid fashion. However, many are also saying they struggle to set boundaries between their work and personal schedules. This 30-minute workshop provides guidance, resources and tools around setting work-related and personal boundaries. This can help to lower stress levels while generating feelings of empowerment and self control. Participants will consider their mind-set when it comes to asking for help, task delegation and saying no in order to focus on the tasks and goals that are most important to them.

This sample, interactive workshop will help you determine if a tailored workshop for your intact team is a good fit. The 1.5-hour virtual workshop takes place via Zoom. It’s your opportunity to:
- Learn more about the workshop and how it can help facilitate overall well-being within your team
- Participate in activities similar to those that might be offered in an intact team workshop
- Discover how MHealthy can customize a workshop to match your team’s needs
