Practice mindful alcohol use this holiday season
The holidays are a time for celebrating and enjoying time with family and friends. Some of these events may include alcohol.
If you’d like to become more mindful of your experiences and choices with alcohol, especially during this time of year, sign up to receive weekly “Holiday Stop and Swap” emails from the MHealthy Alcohol Management Program.
Every Wednesday, beginning Nov. 14 through just after the New Year (eight weeks total), you will receive a weekly email that includes:
- Tips to help you cut down or take a break from alcohol
- Tools and resources to help you reflect on your alcohol use
- Weekly swap challenge encouraging you to make one positive change each week
- Delicious non-alcoholic recipe of the week
