Paying for the Service
Billing Procedures
You will be billed directly from our vendor, Safe at Home, in the month following the service month (e.g. Bills for September service will be sent in October). Payment for service is due upon receipt.
If we do not have a current registration form on file, you may be billed at the unsubsidized rate (currently $20 per hour for the basic care level).
Do not pay the caregiver directly—caregivers are not authorized to accept cash or credit cards.
