Temporary ID Card

If you need to fill prescriptions before you receive your University of Michigan Prescription Drug Plan ID card from Prime Therapeutics, please provide the information below to your pharmacy once your eligibility is confirmed:

  • Your umich ID. This is the letter “U” followed by your 8-digit UMID number. 
  • Your person code: 01*

If you lose your ID card and would like a replacement, call Prime Therapeutics at 888-272-1346 or use the Prime Therapeutics self-service website to print your own card.
