House Officers covered by this contract are eligible for a comprehensive package including generous health care benefits, paid medical and parental leave, a specialized long term disability plan, and a yearly payment to encourage savings.
The current HOA contract runs through June 30, 2023. HOA members ratified a new three-year agreement on June 19, 2020. Information and updates can be found on the Michigan Medicine Human Resources website.
