The LEO-GLAM bargaining unit was certified in July 2021. It represents approximately 180 librarians, archivists, and curators at the University of Michigan and is affiliated with the Lecturers’ Employee Organization, AFT Local 6244.
Librarians, archivists, and curators play an important role in the university’s educational and research missions through galleries, libraries, archives, and museums on all three campuses.
The current collective bargaining agreement with LEO-GLAM is in effect from July 28, 2022, through April 20, 2025.
