Pilot a "no work emails" after 6:00, or "no weekend emails" project.

Phone or send a card to someone you know who has suffered a personal setback. Follow up once a week until the person feels more comfortable.

Periodically check in with your committee members to ensure that the line of sight to the mission is still evident. If not, assess and implement a plan to get back on track.
