After serving on an active team for at least 2 years, Voices participants are welcomed to alumni status. Voices Alumni are more than 500 active staff members strong. These individuals regularly receive updates and information about Voices events. Additionally, there are often opportunities for Voices Alumni to volunteer on special projects including focus groups and committee work, and special Advisory Teams.

- The Emergency Hardship Program
- The Voices Staff Development Fund
- U-M Bicentennial Planning
- The Center for Positive Organizations
- Executive Officer Search Committees
- Public Art Selection Committee for "Arriving Home" Sculpture
Voices Alumni Engagement Network Team Applications Accepted in March Each Year
In 2020, Voices of the Staff added a new network team to actively work on ways to engage Voices alumni. To be considered for this network team, you must have completed at least two years of service with Voices. Members of this team bring passion, enthusiasm, and expertise in articulating creative ideas around employee engagement. The team meets regularly to discuss future Voices development and projects.
