Nominate Champions, Supervisors, Wellness Committees for MHealthy Awards

Nominations are being sought for three awards recognizing MHealthy Champions, their supervisors and wellness committees that have gone above and beyond to create a positive culture of well-being in units and departments across U-M.

Faculty and staff may submit nominations through April 17 for the Dr. Robert A. Winfield MHealthy Champion Award, LaVaughn Palma-Davis Wellness Committee Award and the new MHealthy Supportive Leader in Well-being Award.

More than 500 staff and faculty members across the university and Michigan Medicine currently volunteer as MHealthy Champions. Hundreds of employees also serve on wellness committees. Champions’ supervisors and managers play an integral role by giving them the resources they need and supporting their efforts.

Nomination procedures and information for both awards are available online and require a U-M uniqname and password for access.
