Mental Health Counseling and Consultation Services are available from the following university employee assistance programs:
- Michigan Medicine Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience
- Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office (FASCCO) for Ann Arbor, Flint and Dearborn campuses
Both departments offer personal counseling, coaching, training, and consultation to staff, faculty, retirees, benefit-eligible dependents, and even entire departments. These services are confidential and seek to enhance the emotional health, well-being, and job performance of members of the university community.
