Advertise job postings throughout your internal and external networks and those of the university.

Ask a fellow committee member to hold you accountable for using respectful personal viewpoints during your next two meetings.

Analyze the purpose, required tasks and expected deliverables of a team that you are creating. Select and leverage team members based on complimentary skills, diverse experiences backgrounds and styles.
