Invite your mentee to join you for professional events. Before the next event, facilitate goal setting with the mentee (e.g., meet three people from Business and Finance and learn what they do).

Invite a member of the Equity, Civil Rights and Title IX Office to talk to a group you are involved in to speak about sexual and gender based misconduct reporting and resources.

Invite a speaker to come to U-M to share their unique experiences.

Invite a group of students you volunteer with to create a community guidelines for their interactions during meeting times.

Invite a friend to see a foreign film or attend an international festival.
