New Intuitive Eating Webinar Series Launches in March

MHealthy has launched the “Nourished Mindset: Intuitive Eating Webinar Series,” offering monthly presentations focused on improving your awareness so you can make choices that help you feel nourished and thankful for your body. 

March 4 Webinar: Introduction to Intuitive Eating, Weight Stigma and Weight Inclusivity

Registration is now open for the first webinar, “Introduction to Intuitive Eating, Weight Stigma and Weight Inclusivity.” You’ll explore the concepts of weight stigma and bias, and learn how intuitive eating and weight inclusivity can be pathways to a healthier relationship with your food, mind and body.

Topics include:

  • The detrimental effects of weight bias in healthcare 

  • Discovering the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating

  • Embracing an anti-diet approach that honors health and promotes respect for all bodies
