We offer a variety of formal learning opportunities in areas such as communication and listening, conflict management and negotiation, career development, communication and listening, and project and task management.
We can also work with you to present our offerings to your department or team or consult with you on other learning and development needs.
In 2017-2018, Learning & Professional Development (LPD) merged with Organizational Learning to leverage and expand on career development services. Today, Organizational Learning supports professional and career development, leadership development and culture change initiatives (diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and sexual misconduct).
