The purpose of the Manager's Companion Guide is to support managers who would like guidance on getting employees involved with the Development Journey and to help facilitate impactful conversations with their staff promoting professional development.
Managers are encouraged to take all steps of the Development Journey and review associated videos. If possible, use already existing check-ins if you have them. If you have a significant number of direct reports, leverage the formal/informal supervisors that provide information to the leader (clinical settings). Please use only the tools that you need or add value.
