Variations in work modality can create different experiences for employees and can present different challenges. A subgroup is exploring options and developing recommendations for staff who are required to work fully onsite. 

This effort is initially focused on the Ann Arbor campus. Michigan Medicine, along with the Dearborn and Flint campuses are considering the adoption of some of the recommendations within their existing practices.
