201.33 Military Reserve Duty Pay

Applies to: Regular employees with the exception of those represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

Employee:

Provide immediate supervisor with a copy of the order to report for service in either a branch of the United States military or a state's national guard when the order is issued.

Supervisor:

Retain a copy of the order to report for duty.

Employee:

Provide a written verification from the military unit of the times, dates, and compensation received to immediate supervisor upon return to work.

Supervisor:

Forward a copy of the record of the times, dates, and compensation with the employee's attendance report coded with "MIL" for Military Service to the appropriate time-keeping office.
