Mcard Deals and Discounts Available for Faculty and Staff

The Mcard is the University of Michigan's single-card program that combines the features of photo identification, library borrowing card, building access, meal plans, and ATM/debit card access all on one card. Many businesses and organizations offer discounts when you show your Mcard at the time of payment or at time of offer.

  • Compute at the U: Resources for using university technology on personal computers; includes free software and storage options
  • Tech Shop—Offers academic pricing on personal technology to the U-M community, as well as tech support and hardware repair services. The Showcase carries computers, tablets, software, audio accessories, adapters and more. Qualifying staff and faculty can use payroll deduction for purchase. Student account billing is also available at the beginning of each term.
