March is National Nutrition Month! We’re celebrating by boosting your immune system with vibrant, nourishing recipes celebrating the flavors of spring. 

April 15 Class: Tea Time!
Time:  12 – 12:45 p.m.

Steep yourself in the art of a perfect tea party! Tea is the most-consumed beverage in the world (after water). In this class, you’ll learn how to brew black, green and herbal teas. Then we'll whip up some savory, classic and elegant little tea sandwiches. A perfect excuse to invite your friends over for a cup!

April 22 Class: The Sweet Side of Honey
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

In this class, you’ll discover the golden magic of nature's sweetest ingredient! More than just a sweetener, it's a powerhouse of nutrients, antioxidants and soothing compounds with a long history of use in both cooking and healing. You’ll learn how to elevate your vegetables, desserts, salads and more using honey as a key ingredient.

MHealthy Cooking Classes support the growing field of culinary medicine. It explores the links between food and health, applying the foundations of nutritional science side-by-side with traditional medical interventions in clinical care.
