August 27 Class: Farmers Market Fresh
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.
Celebrate the best of seasonal produce featuring fresh, healthy veggies. In this class, you’ll discover how to make a refreshing, crunchy salad of thinly sliced carrots, summer squash and fennel in a light and lemony dressing. You’ll also create a simple soup – a great way to highlight the bounty of garden vegetables like zucchini and leeks finished with a hint of dill for that summery touch.
