April Cooking Classes: One-Pot Wonders and Mexican-Inspired Cuisine

In April’s classes, you’ll discover delicious yet easy one-pot dishes and cuisine celebrating the flavors, colors and aromas of Mexico.  

April 9 Class: Weeknight One Pot Dinners
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

We all love a new idea for serving pasta. In this class, you’ll make dishes that pack a lot of flavor in a single dish! Mussels may be new to you but are easy to prepare and special enough for a party.

April 30 Class: Colorful Mexican-Inspired Cuisine
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

Mexican cooking embraces exciting flavors, textures, aromas and colors. In this class, you’ll learn to make dishes that celebrate this delicious cuisine using chicken and cauliflower.

MHealthy hosts new cooking classes each month. Registration opens a few weeks before the first class date – sign up to be notified when registration opens for new classes.

MHealthy Cooking Classes support the growing field of culinary medicine. It explores the links between food and health, applying the foundations of nutritional science side-by-side with traditional medical interventions in clinical care.
