Want to Make a Change? Open Enrollment for 2023 Benefits is Oct. 17-28

Open Enrollment is your chance to change coverage in health, dental, vision and legal services plans. If you’re happy with your benefits, you don’t need to do anything — except for Flexible Spending Accounts. You will need to re-enroll if you wish to participate in 2023. Open Enrollment for 2023 benefits is October 17-28, 2022.

Adjustments are available only through 5:00 p.m. EST on October 28 through Wolverine Access. Changes and new rates take effect January 1, 2023.

New Features in eBenefits

You spoke, ITS listened. Users have been requesting a more updated eBenefits...and it has arrived! The new Fluid eBenefits was implemented with you in mind and was put in place to keep in compliance and support with the software vendor.

If you're reviewing or changing your benefits, you'll notice some changes. Check out tips and tricks to help you navigate the new Fluid eBenefits. You can also watch a video to learn how to make or view your elections. 

Get the Most Out of Your Benefits

Take the time to review your current benefits and decide if you want to make different choices for next year. Your 2023 benefits plan rates will be available in Wolverine Access:

  • Select the Employee Self-Service tile
  • Select the Benefits tile
  • Click the Display Benefit Plan Rates tile. Current rates will be displayed at the top; scroll down to view your 2023 rates.

Tools and resources are available to help you find the health plan that offers the most advantages to you and your family. 

Before choosing a plan, consider the following:

  • All costs involved 
  • Service areas of each plan
  • Access to preferred doctors and hospitals 
  • Anticipated health needs for your and your covered dependents
  • Financial needs over the next year
